Lindsay Clancy: A Strong Opinion, Loosely Held in Nonjudgment
The Lindsay Clancy case has created a lot of strong emotions, and rightly so, because three children were murdered. However, sometimes emotions are not signaling correct information to us. Not only that, but we may not necessarily understand what information we don't have. In this episode, I explore how this is an ideal scenario for practicing Stoic nonjudgment to improve your own peace of mind and mental well-being. I will caution you that I discuss self-harm and suicide regarding cutting in a more blunt way than I normally would. You may find it triggering if you struggle with self-harm.

I am not a mental health professional. I do not have any qualifications or certifications of any kind. I hope that by sharing my experiences, more mentally ill people will be empowered to step into the offices of clinicians to do the hard work that leads to mental wellness, peace, and happiness. Take everything I say with a grain of salt, as all I am is a mental patient with a microphone.
